IPDAS Citation Manager is where detailed reference data is automatically imported from PAIR and reviewed when preparing the Information Disclosure Statement.

Your IPDAS database becomes a repository of detailed reference data for your IPDAS cases so that you can quickly answer questions such as:  when was this citation first used, or has it ever been used, or who cited it originally, or to which IPDAS cases has it been linked.

When it finally comes time to prepare your IDS, IPDAS automatically fills in this complicated form with the appropriate information.

More automation that saves time and effort...

...let IPDAS download bibliographic data, full text, and abstracts from public PTO and EPO websites.  It has never been easier to amass so much useful information with such little effort.

...let IPDAS automatically track when and how citations are used by marking them with status identifiers (e.g., Cited in Docket, Cited in Parent, Child Case Reference).

...with the click of a button, users retrieve the full text of relevant documents, such as non-patent literature or English translation documents.  No longer will you and your colleagues go to the time and expense of obtaining important documents and then not know that they exist at your firm or where to find them -- they will be easily identified and retrievable from within your IPDAS database.

Manage citations...all from the IPDAS desktop.
