IPDAS combines its own native capabilities with data and documents from outside systems to become a more powerful tool.   Our philosophy is to provide the links among systems so that our clients can take advantage of the best-in-class and not accept inferior functionality in any area in exchange for better integration.

Integration with Docketing Systems:  Daily, automatic imports of specific data fields from docketing into your IPDAS database avoid the risk of newly-introduced errors.  Docketing vendors that specialize in country laws continue to validate due dates.

Integration with Document Management Systems (DMS):  IPDAS can optionally be configured to integrate with your DMS, which will save you time, as IPDAS will automatically complete each document profile when checking it into your DMS.

Integration with Private PAIR:  Check for data discrepancies with just a click of the button.

Integration with the PTO's Full-Text Database:  IPDAS saves time by automatically entering bibliographic data, full-texts, and abstracts of U.S. publications and patents into your IPDAS database.

Integration with TARR:  As for patents, so with trademarks: IPDAS imports bibliographic data – including the mark image -- from TARR.  In this process, users see any data discrepancies between the two databases.

Integration with the EPO website:  Bibliographic data, including the full text and abstracts (when available), are pulled into the Prior Art Viewer for temporary storage and later saved to the IPDAS database.

Integration with EFS, TEAS, and PCT-SAFE:  By reducing the need to re-key stored data, IPDAS saves time preparing electronic filings.

…it doesn't stop here, we are continually integrating IPDAS with new systems.
