IPDAS Work Flow is a built-in tool that lets users define, schedule, and assign repetitive tasks using data in their IPDAS database, such as employee names and dates.  Once you've set up intermediate tasks and subtasks that are not otherwise tracked by a docketing system, IPDAS automatically generates e-mail reminders for when these tasks become due or are to be completed.
