We integrate with most major commercial document management (DM) systems. If you don’t use a commercial DM, we can set up an "IPDAS DM" that saves to designated directories in your Windows file system.

 

• Documents generated or imported are auto-profiled and saved to your DM based on your firm's direction. This increases consistency and accuracy of document profiles.

• This can be done individually or in bulk, saving time for your employees.

• Links to generated or imported DM documents are stored in the IPDAS Electronic File Wrapper (EFW) for the related case. This allows for easy retrieval by employees or the IPDAS program at any time.

• From within the IPDAS EFW, documents can be edited, converted to PDF, compressed into zip files, emailed to clients, and so much more.
